Welcome to GurDelight! These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of our premium jaggery products. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the GurDelight website ("the Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
2. Product Information and Ordering
Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Product weights, colors, and packaging may vary slightly from what is shown.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Order Acceptance
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Product availability issues
- Pricing errors or inaccuracies
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
- Inability to verify customer information
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Order acceptance occurs when we ship your products and send you a shipping confirmation email.
3. Payment Terms
We accept the following payment methods:
- Online Payment: Pay securely through JazzCash or EasyPaisa
- Digital Wallets: Credit/debit cards and digital wallets through secure payment gateways
Important: By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method. You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect at the time of your order, including applicable taxes and delivery charges.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to locations within Pakistan. Delivery charges vary based on your location, order weight, and total order value.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are approximate. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service delays
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses
- Customs delays (if applicable)
- Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from GurDelight are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our food products, we have a limited return policy:
- Damaged Products: If you receive damaged or defective products, contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos
- Wrong Items: If you receive incorrect items, notify us within 2 days of delivery
- Quality Issues: If there are genuine quality concerns, report within 2 days with supporting evidence
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products with broken seals or opened packaging
- Products past the return window (2 days)
- Products showing signs of use or consumption
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer
Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

- Loss of opportunity
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GurDelight and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through:

- Arbitration: If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in Pakistan
- Jurisdiction: You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan
